Fix[mcdl]: Misc fixes

- Renamed class to MinecraftDownloader
- Shrunk download buffer to 32k
- Made DownloaderTask private and final
- Moved directory ensurement to the scheduling step, to avoid race conditions
- Fixed broken asset downloads for 1.6.x
