Update en/templates/404.md with Firebase Hosting (#1796)
Firebase Hosting is a very popular way to host static sites. Therefore it is probably worth it to include it in all hosting-related documentation. This Change adds an explanation of how to make 404 pages work with Firebase Hosting.
