Changed hardcoded encryption mode from AES256-CBC to AES256-CTR.
Added blowfish encryption algorithm code.
MPINT: Improved multi precision math routines. Variable length MPINTS, leading zeroes allowed but not nescessary. Other bugfixes.
Added tests vectors for MPINT routines.
