0e447b7429 ShaderGenerator: do shadow map calcs in fshader if out of varyings 
If too many shadow-casting lights are active, too many TEXCOORD varyings will be used and a shader compilation error will be displayed.  Instead, Panda will now just do the calculation in the fragment shader if not enough varyings are available.  It's slower, but better than crashing.

376cef51c4 interrogate: fix Python 3 crash with optional std::wstring args 
This would cause PyMem_Free to be called on an uninitialized pointer if a default argument was not specified.

* In C++ reference, only pick up classes defined in .h file
* Add a few excludes to C++ reference that aren't public API
* On class index pages, reduce number of columns
* Add @since for some methods/classes that are new in 1.10.0

7968022c23 Fix some warnings comparing char against EOF 
This is not possible on platforms where char is unsigned.  In cases where fail() is checked, it is also unnecessary.

6eca44464e load_dso: prevent load_dso_error() from returning old error 
This happens if load_dso fails due to being unable to find the file, but not setting the dlerror flag and therefore causing a misleading error message to be shown.

d51db6e39e Fix an instance where a macOS window will stick around when trying to have it destroyed. 
This commit also removes an extraneous call to [_window setReleasedWhenClosed], which is already set in cocoaPandaWindow's init method.

e8f0e03043 makepackage: Don't include deploy-stub when building .rpm 
Attempting to include deploy-stub in the .rpm would cause rpmbuild to fail, as deploy-stub isn't present.
