Added a proper "src/CMakeLists.txt" file defining the static library.
...
- This enable using this SQLiteCpp repository as a Git submodule,
- simply add_subdirectory (SQLiteCpp/src) to you main CMakeLists.txt
and link to the "SQLiteCpp" wrapper library.
