* make: enable building unversioned shared library, with e.g.:
"SHARED=1 SOEXT_TLS=so SOEXT_X509=so SOEXT_CRYPTO=so make lib"
resulting in library names like "libmbedtls.so" rather than
"libmbedcrypto.so.11".
