To help the build system find the correct include files, paths starting
with "mbedtls/" or "psa/" must be used. Otherwise, you can run into
build failures like the following when building Mbed Crypto as a
submodule.

The purpose of the networking module can sometimes be misunderstood. This adds
a definition and explanation of what the networking module is and what it can be
used for.
The library/net.c and its corresponding include/mbedtls/net.h file are
renamed to library/net_sockets.c and include/mbedtls/net_sockets.h
respectively. This is to avoid naming collisions in projects which also
have files with the common name 'net'.
