eab0b39c08 Fix long click selection of WebView 
The read aloud feature was crashing the app when long clicking the
WebView, ultimativly making it impossible to copy text.

f2d13aaca4 Fix full screen 
This works like the previous versions.
However, I'd like to remove the full screen button at some point and
make the toolbar hide as you scroll down the content. But this seems
to be very complicated with a WebView.

05671305a2 Add a new "Night Mode" 
Removed the old one and replaced it with this new implementation.
It's much more responsive than the older version.
