- added inner padding to scaffolding to account for topAppBar.
- moved AppBarTextField to ui/components so it can be re-used.
- shifted hardcoded values to ComposeDimens.
- Added ContentLoadingProgressBar modified it to support
Indeterminate mode
- further decoupling of composable functions
