Epstool is a utility to create or extract preview images in EPS files,

fix bounding boxes and convert to bitmaps.

Add EPSI, DOS EPS or Mac PICT previews.

Extract PostScript from DOS EPS files.

Uses Ghostscript to create preview bitmaps.
