Mike Frysinger 78a0ba7dc2 Blackfin: respect/check CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE ...

When setting up the global data, rather than relying on sizeof(), use the
common CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE define.
