Nobuhiro Iwamatsu bfc93fb47d sh: Add support for AP-SH4A-4A board 
The AP-SH4A-4A board has SH7734, 64MB DDR2-SDRAM, USB,
Ethernet, and more.

This patch supports the following functions:
  - 64MB DDR2-SDRAM
  - 16MB NOR Flash memory
  - Serial console (SCIF)
  - Ethernet (SH-Ether with Gigabit)
  - I2C
