Build guide for various distros

There are a few things to take into consideration when building tes3mp from source. For example if you plan on building multiple versions for testing (0.6.2-hotfix, 0.7.0-alpha, etc.) it might be better to build the dependencies globally instead of locally thus allowing you to only build tes3mp or parts of it without having to recompile the dependencies.
