a0fdfa13f4 add continuation_indent_size to editorconfig, android studio / intellij 
Default Android Studio code formatting style uses this, as well
SquareAndroid style has it.

30340e2cb3 add .editorconfig to make formatting rules more explicit 
see https://editorconfig.org/ for details, quite a number of editors
support it out of the box. fixes #923.

e053f5bf71 Remove several unused resources 
Unused resources make applications larger and slow down builds.
This commit removes several unused resources marked
by the linter in Android Studio (UnusedResources warn).

4ef37ef02b Got Code Coverage Reports working while preserving dev debugging! 
Wow, this 1 line change was painful to discover and apply. Many of the
details are in https://github.com/kiwix/kiwix-android/issues/836

NB: We've still to arrange and enable code coverage to be generated in
the CI process.
