7bc2bedf6d Fix catbots getting stuck while respawning 
Their respawn timer used to reset to 2 seconds all the time. This is fixed by telling the server that we closed the class selection menu using the command "menuclosed".

e9b9cf16b1 RVars: Set "defaults" to the value provided by the constructor 
Fixes an issue where all default keys are null when preloading cathook. Loading a config would've unbinded all keys.
